Simple design in 3 steps
Procedure Checker can be used in three steps. First, register the routines or tasks you perform daily as "procedures." Next, when executing them, go through each step using the checklist. Finally, reflect on improvements you notice in practice and update your procedures to make them more efficient. Repeating this cycle will gradually improve task quality and efficiency.
Registering and editing procedures
In the procedures list screen, registered procedures are displayed as cards so you can see the title and the beginning of each step at a glance. Tap the button at the bottom right to add a new procedure; enter the title and steps to complete it. Steps can be reordered, added, or removed freely.
In the edit screen, you can describe each step freely. Use the up/down arrows to reorder steps, so you can quickly reflect any improvements discovered during practice.
Organize with groups and find quickly with search
Registered procedures can be organized into groups (categories). Create groups like "Daily", "Travel", "Cooking", or "Health" and assign procedures to them so you can quickly find the one you need even when the list grows. Groups can be added, removed, and reordered to match your lifestyle or work style.
When the number of procedures increases, the search function is useful. On the search screen, you can filter procedures by keywords or narrow down by group list.
Go through the checklist while checking
In the "Run" tab, select the procedure you want to execute and start checking. Each step is displayed as a checkbox; check them from the top and proceed. Checked steps are visually distinguished so you can see at a glance how far you have progressed. When all steps are complete, finish the run with the button at the top right and record the result.
Review with run history
Run results are stored as history under the "Run" tab. The list displays which procedures were executed and when, so it is easy to revisit a procedure you ran last week.
Data management and reliable backups
In the settings screen you can back up and restore registered procedure data. If you switch devices or reinstall the app, backup files allow you to carry over your procedures. Deleted procedures can be restored from the trash so you don't have to worry about losing important routines.
